Desirae Bedford- Mcmorris

Managing Partner
The founding attorney of The Bedford Law Group earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio, where she majored in Social and Political Studies and English, with a minor in Economics. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University College of Law in Ada, Ohio. Her legal career began in bankruptcy law, where she spent several years as a managing attorney at a large bankruptcy firm, overseeing complex cases and guiding clients through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings. She later expanded her practice into real estate litigation and foreclosure defense, representing clients in high-stakes property disputes and lender actions. After years of practice in large firm environments, she founded The Bedford Law Group to prioritize what she believes matters most: client-centered representation and meaningful resolution. Her focus is not on volume or billable hours, but on outcomes—ensuring that when clients walk through the door with a problem, they leave with a clear path forward. While not every case has a perfect outcome, her commitment is simple: to improve each client’s situation, protect their rights, and deliver practical, real-world solutions that help them move forward.
